Restorative yoga, enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably. You will then hold the pose for an extended period of time. This practice is great to balance an active yoga schedule or to give yourself a break when you feel under the weather.

Love city yoga has multiple classes in one of the most gorgeous locations you can think of, a cool breeze with fresh herbs all around and wonderful instructors! My favorite is the Wednesday 9:30 class with Eliza. They also have visiting instructors who help keep the rotation fresh! 5 star’s baby’. - Vince Alterio
'Corey came to the villa I was staying at for private classes while I was on vacation. They were the best classes! Very relaxing and just what I needed to start my day! I also had the chance to take a public class with Katie, was a great class! Highly recommend love city yoga for privates and also public classes:)' -Lauren Williston-Scott
'We connected with Corey on our vacation and she suggested an early morning family yoga session on Maho beach. She found a secluded area for us to practice and provided more than we could have asked for, including matts and essential oils. Corey was especially great with our kids, ages 6, 8, & 10, and all are excited to continue practicing. What an amazing way to start our day and one of the highlights of our trip! We look forward to connecting again some day. Namaste Corey!' -Jenni Bushinsky
